About Bridget McDermott
Reiki is a form of natural healing. It supports the cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, lymphatic and immune, skeletal, reproductive, respiratory and urinary systems. It works by placing my hands on/above the chakras, which acts as a channel for the energy to flow to the areas of the body that needs it most.This is a highly relaxing non-invasive therapy.
Reflexology
Every organ of the body is mapped onto the feet. A treatment involves applying pressure to specific areas of the feet which stimulates blood and releases blockages. Reflexology is excellent for most ailments including backache, colds & flu. It stimulates the reproductive organs, helps the body to detox.
A treatment will leave you feeling very energised.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have a VTCT qualification in Reflexology since 2004. Since then I have worked in a Health and beauty clinic on a part-time basis.My Reiki qualification was issued by Reiki Master, Ian Black in 1999.
