Treatments and Prices
We offer a wide choice of treatments to suit all individuals, and can mix therapies to provide the best treatment for you. Please feel free to contact me for more information. A consultation is included in the price.

If you feel that a standard treatment is not appropriate for your needs, for example if you require a treatment as part of Palliative Care, then you can choose either a 30 minute treatment for £15 or 60 minutes for £22.


Swedish Massage £23 / £28/ £33/ £39
A therapeutic massage to the back, neck and shoulders for 30 or 40 minutes priced at £23 or £28. You may wish to extend your treatment to either a 60 minute full body massage for £33 or a 75 minute massage to incorporate a massage to the face and head for just £39.

Reflexology - £32
This treatment involves working on specific reflexology points on the feet, which can prevent ill-health, aid stress relief, treat many conditions or give a great feeling of well-being. The benefits of reflexology can have a powerful healing effect, and assists in restoring the whole body’s natural balance. This is a deeply relaxing 55 minute treatment and is carried out on a couch.

Thai Foot Massage – £28
This deeply relaxing and stimulating 55 minute treatment, carried out on a couch, works on the feet and lower legs. It is carried out using the hands and a Thai Stick, by stretching and applying pressure to reflex points. The treatment can help improve circulation, reduce swelling and ease tired feet and legs.

Indian Head Massage £26
This ancient treatment consists of a massage to the upper back, arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, and is used widely for many conditions, including stress, neck tension and headaches. This treatment is carried out whilst sat in a chair, fully clothed and lasts for 45 minutes, making it ideal for on site massage within the workplace.

Warm Jasmine Scalp Massage £22
A seated massage to the neck and head using warm Jasmine oil, which is known for its healing properties. This 30 minute treatment can stimulate hair growth, as well as improve the condition of the hair. A deeply relaxing treatment.

Bamboo Massage £27/£37
This treatment consists of either a 30 minute back massage for £27 or enjoy a 60 minute full body massage for £37, using heated pieces of smooth bamboo, to knead and stretch tight muscles. It is thought that joint flexibility is increased and pain is decreased due to working on the muscle fascia (covering). As well as the physiological benefits, the treatment will provide you with a feeling of wellbeing.

Eastern Fusion £28
A blended treatment to the legs and feet, combining Warm Bamboo, Thai Foot Massage and Reflexology using warm Oil. This treatment contains plenty of stretching and lots of heat, which can help reduce swelling and improve circulation to the legs and feet. It is carried out on a couch, for 55 minutes, whilst you lie back, relax and probably fall asleep!

Hot Stone Massage - £27/£37
This wonderful therapeutic treatment using warmed basalt stones, placed upon the body and also used within the massage. The ultimate relaxing therapy, providing a deep and powerful treatment, working into muscle tension. A 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage for just £27 or extend your treatment to 60 minutes for a full body massage including the face for £37.

Sticks and Stones Massage - £27/£37
Sticks and Stones may break your bones, but when warmed and combined together in a massage, it feels divine!! A fabulous treatment, combining hot stones and bamboo massage. Either a 30 or 60 minute treatment.

Summer Cooler £23
When it gets really hot, cool down with a Marble Cold Stone Massage during a 30 minute treatment. As well as the cooling nature, Cold Stones are known to reduce swelling, ease muscle pain and spasms and improve circulation. This treatment is tailor made so can be carried out on the back and shoulders, or legs and feet etc.

Deep Tissue Massage £26/£31
Working on deep muscles within problem areas, blood and lymph flow is increased and the fascia of the muscles are stretched. Adhesions and scar tissue can be broken down, which can improve the range of movement. This treatment lasts for 30 or 40 minutes depending on price, and can involve also using mechanical massage if appropriate.

Aromatherapy £26/ £42
Using essential oils, enjoy a back massage for £26 or extend your treatment to a wonderful 75 minutes full body massage to incorporate the face and head for £42

Holistic Facial Massage £22/£27
This holistic treatment combines a facial treatment, using quality products, with a face, head and shoulder massage. The treatment can be carried out without a mask (45 mins) or to include the use of a mask (60 mins) If you choose the 60 minute option, the treatment also includes either a hand and arm massage or foot massage.

Pregnancy Massage £23/£33
A relaxing and therapeutic massage, suited to your individual needs as you progress through your pregnancy. Either a 30 or 50 minute treatment. (please be aware that a letter of consent imay be required from a GP or Midwife before treatment)

Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes £50
A luxurious 90 minute treatment consisting of an Aromatherapy body massage, incorporating Indian Head Massage and Reflexology techniques, working on specific reflex points. This is the ultimate treat and will leave you feeling rejuvenated. A great present for a loved one, or to treat yourself.

Thermal Auricular Therapy (Hopi) £26 or £16 for a child under 12
This ancient technique using hollow candles made from natural ingredients works on loosing ear wax as well as balancing the pressure within the ear. This treatment is very relaxing, and includes a massage to the face and head. It lasts for 40 minutes or 30 minutes for a child and may help assist in the treatment of hay fever, glue ear, head colds, vertigo and sinusitis. Please note, if your ears are very blocked with hard wax, this treatment may not be successful enough to loosen the ear wax and your ears may need to be syringed by your GP.
