About Living Therapy
How often are you truly listened to?
Whether you are seeking counselling as an individual or a couple, I believe you have the potential to find solutions to your problems, and you might need some help to do it. I can help you develop methods for coping that you can rely on now and in the future.
I care deeply about the welfare of others and I offer you compassion, acceptance and encouragement in working through your problems. I provide a safe, discreet, calm and quiet environment where you can relax, unwind and work at your pace on your problems. I will give you support, guidance and understanding, and I can work with you as briefly or long-term as suits your needs.
What happens in counselling? I will invite you to attend an initial session where I’ll take some details and do an assessment of you and your needs. I will tailor my approach to fit your requirements. Throughout counselling, I will check how well you feel the process is working for you and, when you’re ready, we can work towards a conclusion. There is no time limit or set number of sessions, I will work in a way that works for you.
I offer INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING session as £40 for a 1 hour session.
I offer RELATIONSHIP COUNSELLING sessions at £60 for a 1.5 hour session.
I offer FACE-TO-FACE OR SKYPE COUNSELLING in the comfort of your own home (prices as above).
