What is Pranic Healing?Pranic Healing is a highly evolved and tested system of energy medicine developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, that utilises prana to balance, harmonise and transform the body’s energy processes. “Prana” is a Sanskrit word which means “life-force”. This invisible bio-energy or vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health.
Pranic Healing is a simple, powerful and effective non-touch energy healing technique. It is based on the fundamental principle that the body is a “self repairing” living entity that possesses the innate ability to health itself. Pranic Healing works on the principle that the healing process is accelerated by increasing the life force or vital energy on the affected part of the physical body.

Massage
Close your eyes, relax and unwind during the body massage treatment. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques to help you de-stress and achieve a deep state of relaxation. The massage focuses on the scalp, back, shoulders, arms, abdomen, legs and feet.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have attended courses for Basic, Advanced, Psychotherapy and Crystal Pranic Healing.The Basic course teaches a sound knowledge and understanding of the energy body and chakras. With the Advanced course different colour energies are used during the treatments. Psychotherapy deals with treatments for many ailments including depression, fears and phobias. By using a crystal during these treatments it enables the healing to be much deeper.
