I passionately believe we can all heal ourselves once we know what it is that needs to change. I have helped people to overcome pain, anxiety, relationship problems and career worries.
Our bodies are walking records of everything we have ever experienced. By learning to dicipher and integrate information contained in feelings, thoughts and physical reactions the mind, body and spirit can function as a single dynamically-focussed force - you are completely at one with your Self.

My training, work experience and any achievement
I have been studying and practising holistic therapies since 1984. I am a Fellow of the Association of Reflexologists, Key speaker and workshop leader for the Federation of Holisitic Therapists, pioneered holistic therapies for 12 years at an addiction centre and have also taught health care at the London Lighthouse as well as teaching therapies to professional standards. I also work with mothers and carers of young children at a Surestart centre. I have been asked to run workshops for carer organisations, businesses and at national health shows e.g. CamExpo where I presented my Metaphysical Reflexology seminar. I am an international trainer of Vitaflex & Raindrop Techniques and co-founder of Raindrop Training Europe teaching the benefits and applications of therapeutic grade essential oils. I am UK Co-Director of Whole Self Discovery & Development Therapy and Founder of ReSOULve & Evolve Metaphysical Empowerment & Healing.I run my own practice from home, but also can provide mobile and corporate services. I also train groups in health and therapy practice internationally.
My strength is being able to offer bespoke treatments by combining the many therapies I am qualified in, so that you receive what you need. I specialise in bringing clarity to the present problem and supporting you to develop the skills needed to regain control of your health and life.
