We will work in a progressive, relaxed way together, there’s little of the watch swinging type hypnosis you may have imagined, you are always in control in my clinic. Based on individually tailored conversational hypnosis and relaxation, you will notice things beginning to change in our first session. Yes, you may not be able to work out why you feel so much better so soon, but the problems will begin to resolve and disappear.
