My training, work experience and any achievement
- I have a thorough grounding in psychological models of therapy, graduating from the London College of Clinical Hypnosis in 1999 and qualifying as a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP, Time Line Therapy and Personal Breakthrough Coach in 2002.- I worked in the field of Complementary Medicine since 1988 as a practitioner of Reflexology, Kinesiology, Aromatherapy, Reiki, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
- From 1994 to 2002, I held the post of Senior Tutor and registered assessor in Health and Fitness for the Wakefield Adult Education Service.
- During this time, I wrote and delivered vocational courses in Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Anatomy and Physiology.
- Since 2002, I run a busy private practice in the centre of Wakefield where I offer individual consultations in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, Personal Breakthrough Coaching, Counselling, EFT and Reflexology.
- I continue to deliver workshops and training days on Personal Development, Hypnosis, Meditation, Energy Medicine and Stress Management.
- I provide workshops and training days in Hypnotherapy and related cognitive sciences, EFT Tapping, Mindfulness and Meditation and more.
- I recently created a Shamanic Journey Circle group.
- I provide bespoke workshops for various adult education establishments, the NHS, local PCTs and the private sector.
