After the first hypnosis session I was able to begin leaving food on my plate if I felt full, not serving big portions of food and also ditching the guilt associated with eating food and exercising to compensate. It didn’t feel like something I had to think about it just seemed to be something inside. This was a revelation and I had a brilliant week – the weight felt like it was finally lifted from my shoulders – I really felt on top of the world.

Or so I thought, that was until our session on Friday – when you performed the “surgery” – I am amazed. All day on Friday I had to keep checking to see if I was hungry – I only managed to eat half (or less) of what I would have normally. I left the session with you and returned home to complete decorating 24 cupcakes (my hobby) and I did not have any desire to sample them. All day I felt satisfied, at tea-time I didn’t even make a dent in my plate of food and I didn’t want anything later in the evening.
