I can assist you to achieve the positive outcome you desire which will enhance your quality of life and improve your well-being. Each client is an individual and can feel safe and secure knowing that everything is organised for your best desired outcome and relief from your symptoms.Perfect Balance is in Motherwell, Lanarkshire and has free ample parking and provides a quiet and calming setting to allow you to begin to find the balance in your life.
Further Information
Perfect Balance also provides weekly classes in Yoga, Callanetics, Tai Chi and Meditation. The studio was created with the intention of creating and atmosphere and ambience which would be conducive to comfort and well-being thereby allowing all who enjoyed our services the benefit of securing some peace, calm and tranquillity.There is a warm and friendly welcome awaiting all who decide to improve their own quality and balance in their lives, whether you wish to attend a weekly class or would prefer a one to one session to help with specific problems.
There is treatments available in Hypnotherapy, EFT and NLP and everyone is treated with the utmost respect.
This is a safe environment where everything is private, confidential and non judgemental.
