About Clinical Hypnosis Lichfield
I have been working as a Hypnotherapist since 2007 and during that time I’ve helped hundreds of people overcome difficulties. Every client is an individual so therefore every session with me is individually tailored to your needs.I offer a free half hour consultation to discuss your problem and decide on an action plan.
Most sessions last for around an hour but if we need to go over that time we do so at no extra cost to you
.
I believe we have the power within ourselves to resolve all issues and move forward towards a better life,sometimes we just need a little bit of help along the way and that’s what I provide. I can help you see things in a new light, let go of those things that have been holding you back and help you set goals that can now become achievable .
I’ve seen many people change their lives for the better, maybe you can be next.
I also offer weight loss and stop smoking sessions as well as classes in guided meditation for stress relief and relaxation.
