About Weight Loss Hypnotherapy
I have spent many years helping the public and specialise in weight loss including gastric band hypnotherapy, quit smoking, stress, anxiety, depression, improving self confidence and self esteem , examination nerves, help with public speaking, driving confidence, pain control, natural childbirth,long term health isues , conquering once and for all fears and phobias....and much more.I am a fully qualified and licensed member of the Hypnotherapist Society, level 3 EFT and EMDR practitioner.
Hypnotherapy, EFT and EMDR are powerful tools, and if used correctly, can help people unlock many thoughts, feelings and memories that can be locked away within themselves.
I have a wholly holistic approach and all of my sessions are geared towards my clients needs, and they are always in control. The sessions can move as fast or as slow as my client wants to add to the added feeling of relaxation and comfort. I have developed an excellent reputation for my professionalism and personal touch.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I have a B.Sc (Hons) degree and Diploma in Hypnotherapy , with The Hypnotherapy Society. A level 3 certificate in EFT, and level 1 in EMDR. Also a certificate in Mind Dream Band Training. I am also an accredited supervisor.Age I Work With
