About HMH Therapy
I am a member of the NCH and CNHC who make sure that I am operating a Professional and Ethical Hypnotherapy Practice. Thereby I am require to adhere to their strict codes of conduct and ethics.I deal with many diferent types of issues including HypnoBand and HypnoBirthing as well as your normal types of hypnotherapeutic interventions such as:
Anxiety, Phobias, Smoking Cessation, Stress Management, Addictions and Habits, Insomnia, Low Mood, Low Self-Esteeme, Pain, Bereavement and Loss, Self Confidence, Relaxation etc.

Masters Degree in Psychology from Glasgow UniversityDiploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnosis (Dip CAH)
HPD (Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma)
Diploma in CBT
I am also a qualificed NLP Practitoner
