About Hart Hypnotherapy
Are you struggling to cope? Feeling overwhelmed? Not sure where to turn? Not sure if hypnotherapy’s for you?
You’ve come to the right place. My name is Lindsay Smyth and I help people suffering with anxiety-based issues using EVIDENCE BASED techniques, as well as:
- sleep (insomnia)
- stress
- irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
- phobias
- hypnobirthing
- smoking
- teeth grinding (bruxism)
- high blood pressure or hypertension
- weight loss
- and lots more!
I first came to Hypnotherapy as a client. It was a last resort. I really didn’t expect much but it transformed my life and I was inspired to train and help others.
I offer a FREE initial consultation. During the appointment you can tell me a bit about what’s been happening in your life and we’ll discuss a treatment plan. Then you can decide if you’d like to go ahead – there really is no pressure. Email me to arrange your free consultation at hello@hart-hypnotherapy.co.uk or ring 07833 353537
