About Barbara Hart
I am a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, specialising in weight loss, binge-eating and over-eating. I am also a Mindful Eating Instructor, one of a few in the UK, offering 10 week group and 1:1 programmes.
With over 14 years of clinical experience, I draw on different therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness, CBT, Person Centred, Hypnotherapy and creative visualisation.
