As lockdown continues, people are experiencing a number of new or heightened emotional and mental challenges, often stress related. These might be relationship and financial concerns or simply adjusting to the current restrictions and the stress of being in a confined environment.

- Using a combination of cognitive behavioural techniques, mindfulness, development of personal values and hypnotherapy, I help you change, grow and develop.
- An accomplished therapist, I have led a rich life to date, living in 5 countries, pursuing a successful business career, working extensively with charitable foundations and recovering from emotional and mental ill health himself.

My training, work experience and any achievement
- Trained in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy with the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
- Accredited by the GHSC and CNHC and a registered practitioner with the GHR
- Luke’s qualifications and accreditation are evidence of his formal study, learning and technical abilities.
- Luke’s time spent working OUTSIDE of the professional therapeutic world is one he draws heavily on.
- He has worked as an employee, a volunteer and a successful entrepreneur with people of diverse cultures, backgrounds, aspirations and views.

- Your first session is an assessment and lasts for 90 minutes.
