My name is Kate Morrow. I founded Harmony Holistic Healing Belfast in 2008 with the philosophy that, our lives can all too quickly become overshadowed by stress, aches, ailments or fatigue and that we all need a peaceful and caring environment where we can make important changes to start living life to the full; that is what I have aimed to create in Harmony Holistic Healing.

I offer a range of treatments for all age groups to address the needs of both body and mind.

I have also gained VTCT Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology and Therapeutic Massage. I am a member of the Federation Of Holistic Therapists and abide by their code of conduct and ethics.

I have studied with The International Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and hold an Advanced Practitioner Diploma.
Hypnosis can be very effective in the treatment of stress,insomnia,phobias and bad habits such as smoking and nail biting.It is also effective in boosting confidence and motivation and is a very powerful aid in weight control.

My modern clinic is conveniently located in Bloomfield Avenue, with easy parking and frequent bus service.

I also do corporate massage in various workplaces and events throughout the province.

I have gained extensive experience in working with people suffering with anxiety and depression.
