- As a clinical hypnotherapist, I create high performing individuals and help people to be the best they can be.
- I work with individuals suffering with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues.
- I also assist people with weight loss, confidence issues, phobias and fears.
- I use a clients mindset and own ability to make positive changes in their lives to allow them to live their best lives that they can.
- I use their own abilities to change things that they feel they need to change.
- I support individuals with their journey’s throughout their time with me and beyond.
- I like to aid people to achieve their goals and dreams.
I use Hypnotherapy, Coaching, Mindfulness and open communication as a tool.
- Hypnotherapy uses a natural trance state to allow your subconscious mind to look at any issue that you may have had and change the way you see them. Everybody goes into a trance everyday, such as when you are driving and not remembering how you got to your destination, or when you’re so into the TV, or a good book that everything else around you seems to disappear. With guidance from a hypnotherapist, you can work on anything that you want to release or get over.
- Coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the "here and now" rather than on the distant past or future. Coaching is unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
- I offer open communication using a variety of means. Facebook messenger, WhatsApp, phone calls and emails. This builds a relationship with all of my clients that come to me.

Over many weeks I have been researching therapies to help me with some personal issues, I found Kath’s website and decided to contact her, I am so glad I did. She is a very competent and professional therapist that makes you feel comfortable and she tailored the therapy to fit me and my needs. Since having therapy I feel more positive and able to manage my issues, it has given me confidence to move forward in my life and manage my issues appropriately. All sessions are recorded and sent during the appointment which is very useful and reassuring. Kath is lovely and I couldn’t have wished for anyone better to help me on my journey.
I have had two sessions for nail biting. Have been biting for over thirty years. After the first session - which I was made to feel relaxed - I stopped biting my nails. The second session was to re-enforce the first session, as well as to stop the biting of skin around my nails. Feeling confident that this will continue and I have the sessions recorded if I need to listen again at any point. I am planning on using Kath again for anxiety issues soon.
