Welcome to my profile

I have kept this profile simple as I do not want to confuse people with counselling jargon. What I offer is a safe, confidential and professional space for you to come and explore any personal issues/problems you may be experiencing that’s stopping you from living your life to its full potential. At times we prefer not to burden those close to us with our problems and it is easier to talk to someone with no previous knowledge of our experience and no emotional connection with our lives. This is where counselling comes into its own.

I have a proven track record of helping clients move forward with their lives using a gentle and empathic approach. You will find on my website a page of testimonials from previous clients I have worked with. I believe this will give you a feel about the way I work.

I offer long and short term sessions all dependent upon what the client needs to focus on. The most important thing to me if that the client experiences non-judgemental therapy – with no blame, no shame.

I offer a free 30-minute assessment in which we can look at your need and discuss the way I work. This will then give you a sense of whether or not you wish to pursue further sessions. I work with adults on a one to one, face to face basis.

I appreciate that making that first step towards talking about personal and private matters can be a very daunting and worrying time. I hope to make this process as simple for you as possible. By using this directory, you have already taken a huge step towards finding a solution to your problems, and making that initial call to me would be the next logical step to enable you to move forward.
