Firstly well done for taking the first step in addressing the issues in your life that are having a negative impact. It can be difficult looking for the right help as the choice may seem endless. I am here to help as I offer positive solutions to everyday problems.
If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, or depressed, maybe you have developed unhealthy habits or addictions to manage these feelings then you are in the right place. If your health or the health of others is getting you down I am here to listen and most importantly work with you to create a positive alternative.
My multi therapy approach incorporating CBT with Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness and NLP enables fast effective and lasting change as well as giving you all the tools you need to cope with any future challenges that come your way.

These techniques are suitable for a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, jealousy, lack of confidence or self esteem, unwanted behaviours, weight loss, smoking, habit elimination, phobias, panic attacks amongst others. I have a lot of experience working with children, teenagers, individuals and couples.

My training, work experience and any achievement
I am a qualified and registered hypnotherapist, life coach, counsellor and Youth Mindfulness teacher with additional training in NLP and CBT and stress Management. I have also had training in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy and Thought pattern management and Mindfulness Based CBT
I specialise in Anxiety and chronic illness/pain management and digestive disorders.
I have worked in a number of schools helping hundreds of students effectively manage the pressures of exams and study, overcoming past barriers to achieve success.
I am also the creator and founder of Free Fuzion® a unique exercise class for emotional fitness.

Working with me;
The focus of the work we do is to establish what situation you are in, to gain understanding of what is and isn’t working for you, and why you are thinking, feeling or behaving in this way, then to provide you with all the skills you need to have a positive alternative experience. Once you have these skills we are able to address some of the deeper seated issues easily and often painlessly, as you will already have learnt to move on from these memories and upsets.

No obligation consultation;
You are offered the opportunity to meet me at my home office, by phone or Skype prior to deciding whether I offer the appropriate service for you to overcome your difficulties. This will give you the opportunity to share with me your situation and what you would like help with, and for me to explain how I would approach it.

Step 2
Start your journey with a 2 Hour intensive consultation.
During this session we will establish exactly what is happening and why, through a full emotional awareness assessment and symptoms checklist. I will then explain what is happening with your mind and body and why you are not only feeling this way, but most importantly what we can do to change it.
We will also start you on your new positive pathway with an NLP exercise and if appropriate a link to further information and exercises to practice at home.
Step 3
A bespoke programme following a proven methodology;
Following on from a 2 hour introductory session the 6 session programme offers 6 x 60 - 75 minute sessions bespoke to your needs. Following a scientific and evidence based process for emotional and physical healing, you are supported through learning and accessing the positive emotions you need to be able to firstly be able to manage effectively whatever is going on in your life now, with calmness and confidence.
Next through retraining the brain, making real physiological and lasting changes to the way you respond to certain situations and bringing a new perspective to the past you will be able to let go of the behaviours and beliefs that have hindered your ability to thrive in the past, enabling you to do so now and in the future.
Beyond the sessions you will be provided with MP3 recordings of the hypnosis sessions, exercises and meditations where appropriate so you can be sure to use them whenever the need arises and email support in between sessions, if you are unsure of the best exercise to use for new situations if they arise.
To achieve consistent improvements regular sessions 1 - 2 weeks apart are recommended
