I am a BACP Accredited member which affirms that my practice meets the BACP standard of a competent, ethical, independant practitioner. Since establishment in 2004 the reputation of my practice has steadily grown. I offer personal therapy for individuals and couples and supervision for practicing and student Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Play and Creative Therapists.

My theoretical model is an integrative / eclectic approach within a humanistic framework of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA) incorporating aspects of Inner Child, Re-decision Therapy, Art Therapies, EMDR, Person Centred Art Therapy (PCAT) and Eco-Therapy. I can offer counselling in the talking and visual / tactile therapies whichever are appropriate in meeting my Clients therapeutic needs.

My Main Therapy Qualifications are:

M.A. (Master of Arts) in Educational Art Therapy (Middlesex University)

Advanced Diploma in Counselling (incorporating an integrative practice of Transactional Analysis T.A. and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy CBT) supervision and couples work. (aqa)

EMDR Practitioners diploma part 1, 2, 3 and 4.

CPCAB level 6 Supervisors Diploma working with Inskip and Proktor, and Hawkins and Shoet models of supervision

PTUK approved Supervisor with PTUK Cert training enabling supervision with face to face and Jungian sandplay tray and creative arts skills.
