About Anna Daly
I provide a safe space, in a non-judgemental environment, where people have the freedom to explore themselves. I am warm and I work at my client’s pace in a gentle manner. I am an integrative counsellor and use a variety of theoretical models. This collaborative approach enables me to work in a way that suits each individual client. Humour is very important to me and I believe it is often the thing that keeps us going when life gets tough.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work with many issues, including, anger, anxiety, depression, trauma and low self-esteem. See below for more details. I have worked with clients in deep distress. I’m very understanding, empathic, and maintain confidentiality. I realise it is difficult for people to open up but I believe counselling can make a difference. I recognise the importance of finding the right counsellor that best suits your needs and that is why our initial meeting, lasting around 15 minutes, will be free of charge.
I welcome people from all walks of life and I appreciate the importance of sensitivity and respect. I hope we can work together, to find an appropriate way forward for you.
