I am a warm empathic integrative therapist who thrives when helping others. Before I set up in private practice I gained professional work experience in the mental health field, and I continue to work at Salford University supporting students with disabilities to help these individuals to achieve their qualifications.

I offer an initial appointment that normally lasts for 50 minutes. This is an introductory meeting enabling you to see if you feel comfortable working with me and you have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have. We will discuss what has brought you to hypnotherapy, in order for me to assess your needs and allow me to tailor your first hypnotherapy session highlighting your specific goals and needs. This will heighten a more effective outcome.

Hi Sarah just to say excellent service! Came to see Sarah to stop smoking. I practically smoke 30-40 a day if I’m honest and just 1 hypnotherapy session and I’ve stopped! it has been 4 weeks now and no major cravings. As we talked about the stopping smoking we also discovered other issues which we are currently working through.
