About Barbara Murphy Counselling
It’s good to talk…right? But it’s not always easy to. If we are lucky we have someone in our life that we can express our inner most fears/worries and find solutions. We may even be lucky enough to have that special person in our life who understands us and helps us make changes to smooth out the path of our lives. The problem is we tend to compare how other people cope with problems and feel inadequate if they appear to be able to carry on through life seemingly undeterred by events while you struggle to come to terms with the disturbances of life.
Having someone to talk to who will understand and empathise, without judgment is the first step to help you understand your struggle and find within yourself ways to overcome the difficulties and challenges of life’s events.
