I work with people from all ages and backgrounds who are looking to make their lives more harmonius and peaceful in a 21 st Century city.I have a wide range of skills in my "tool box" and work together with my clients to devise a program tailored to their individual needs.

I am continuously add to my skill by attending workshops and course with established teachers
including - crystal therapy, flower and gem essences, polynesian massage.

Using skills in aromatherapy, flower essences and working with natural crystals and gem stones, combined with many years experience as a successful manager of people, I devise a personal program of one to one sessions and self guided discovery that enables you to find your strengths, accept your weaknesses and find personal equilibrium; enabling you to make the changes in self and circumstance necessary for personal survival and living in harmony with yourself.Age I Work With
