My training, work experience and any achievement
I describe myself as an Integrative Therapist as I use a powerful blend of the most effective therapies to enable you to make the changes you want. In 2007 I started my training as an NLP consultant and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. This ignited a strong interest in helping people to make positive changes and in 2010 I obtained my certificate in Counselling in Llandrillo College in North Wales. I completed my Diploma in integrative Counselling in 2015.
In 2011 I started seeing clients and was astounded at how effective this type of therapy is in helping people to turn their lives around and start achieving their goals. My commitment to my clients and also to my own personal development to gain more skills and experience, led me back into studying in 2013 and I enrolled on a diploma course in integrative counselling. The models I trained in include, psychodynamic and person centered counselling, gestalt therapy and CBT. I am registered with the BACP and strictly adhere to their framework and guidelines.
