About Pippa Bevan Wright Counsellor MBACP
Welcome! I’m Pippa, a counsellor and member of the B.A.C.P (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and also a member of the Children and Young People division of the B.A.C.P.
My private practice is based in Hereford city centre, close to Hereford cathedral. Free first meeting to find out more and decide whether you would like to come for counselling, you are under no obligation to book further sessions. I offer short term and open ended counselling to individuals and I am experienced in working with children, young people and adults who have come for counselling for many different reasons.

My training, work experience and any achievement
• BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
• BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Developing Counselling Skills
• City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce: (Social Care)
• City & Guilds Level 3 Award in Work with Parents
• A level Psychology
Additional training in: Solution Focussed Therapy, trauma, child sexual abuse, building resilience, ADHD, domestic abuse, anger therapy

In my other job role as family support worker I work within social care with families experiencing difficulties, helping support them to make changes during challenging times. I have also been a volunteer counsellor at the SHYPP Project (Supported Housing for Young People Project).
