About Effective Hypnosis
When we learn something new our brains change. This is the process of neuroplasticity. Our brains change messages in the neural pathways and synapses . The process of hypnotherapy enables us to hardwire our brains with the positive messages that we want. Rather than being victims of circumstance or addiction, we can become masters of our future.
I have successfully worked with over 2000 smokers, helping them to give up forever. I have also had considerable success with addictions - drinking addiction, cannibis addiction, cocaine and heroin addictions.
I have recently trained extensively in helping ppeople to recover from chronic fatigue. This is through using a combination of hypnotherapy and wellbeing coaching skills.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I hold a Diploma in Counselling, a Diploma in Hpnotherapy and Psychotherapy, and a Masters in Hypnotherapy. In 2012 I have been awarded accreditation ias a Chrysalis Effect Practitioner in wellbeing coaching in chronic fatigue recovery. Further Information

I got into a really bad crowd when I went up to uni. I spent my loan very quickly on drink and drugs and found myself begging, borrowing, and stealing to fund these habits. Someone found me sleeping in a doorway and mentioned that they had seen Matthew for stopping smoking, and wondered if he could help me too. I scrounged the money for an appointment, but he gave me a huge discount too. He taught me how to release internal endorphins and then gave me a total revulsion to drink and drugs. I have been clean of these for three months. Thank you Matthew.
SK, seen for drug and alcohol addictions in Ealing.
