About Echoes Counselling
I provide confidential counselling for all life issues for anyone wishing to access counselling. In addition to this I also specialise in military life issues and as such work with serving soldiers, veterans and army families with issues unique to army life.
I have plenty of life experience and feel that my natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life helps them to relax as they embark on their counselling journey. I offer short term and long term counselling depending on your circumstances and work with the BACP`s ethical framework which ensures I always work with your best interest at the heart of all counselling sessions. If this is your first introduction to counselling it is only natural that you may feel a little nervous or apprehensive about taking this first step, but rest assured there is nothing to fear and quite often plenty to gain, the fact that you are considering counselling means that something in your life is causing you concern and it really is worth looking to see if counselling could be the answer you are looking for.
Whatever it is that brings you to seek counselling my gentle person-centred approach will put you at ease and I will work in a respectful, non-judgmental way to support you as you explore any issues you may have. Not everyone comes to counselling because of a particular issue, sometimes people describe themselves as feeling unhappy and stuck not quite sure what it is that`s going on for them, counselling can still be beneficial and may help you find the answers you are looking for in order to move forward in your life.
I am passionate about counselling and feel the way that I work will help you explore your issues in a safe confidential environment at a pace that feels right for you. Please contact me for further information or to make an appointment, I will be happy to help.
