I am a BACP Accredited counsellor and therapist. I work in private practice as well as for large organisations in the public and private sectors. I draw on Psychodynamic, Humanistic and CBT theories and models in my work with people. Issues that I offer therapy for include: depression; anxiety; managing difficult life events (past or present); concerns about meaning in life; and relationship issues.
