About One Stop Counselling Services

One Stop Counselling Services covers the whole of Dorset offering a wide range of counselling and life coaching. we can provide face to face appointments, telephone or e counselling. Currently there are three different locations available to meet for therapy. we have offices in Bournemouth, Boscombe and Blandford.

Our aim is to reach out to as many people as possible to offer affordable counselling to everyone who should need it. we endeavor to be inclusive regardless of a persons budget, location or availability.We realize that everyone’s circumstances are different and flexibility to meet these difference is of paramount importance to OSCS regardless if you need to meet weekly fortnightly or monthly so please get in touch and together we can find a way forward to discuss your difficulties with the aim of finding peace of mind, contentment, inner peace and happiness.

My training, work experience and any achievement

Donna Matthews was trained as a Humanistic Counsellor and gained her European Diploma in 2002. She has worked in various counselling settings ranging from the womens refuge to local rehabilitation centres for addictions. Donna has fifteen years of counselling experience in private practice. Donna has also trained in family and group therapy. Donna gained her degree in psychology in 2009. Donna is experienced to work with most issues and client groups from the young to the elderly. Donna has assisted Tops nursery, Aspire training group & Hadlands care group with the counselling of there workforce for eight years.
