About Lorna Day Counselling
I offer both long and short term counselling to adults of all ages.
I have provided grief counselling for several years for a national bereavement agency and I have also provided telephone support for clients that telephone a national crisis helpline when in distress and despair.
I work in private practice in a private, rural setting.
Parking within the grounds.
My clients have typically included those that have been bereaved, those suffering from anxiety and depression, issues that cause feelings of stress and health related issues.
My training, work experience and any achievement
I hold a diploma in the theory and practice of counselling and I am a person centred counsellor.
I also hold a degree in health and social care.
I am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I practice within their ethical framework (MBACP).
