About Integrative Counselling
I believe there are many ways of working with people to help them relieve their psychological pain. Everyone is individual and unique therefore I adapt my working style of Counselling/ Therapy to suit the individual. I feel passionate about my work and believe each person is capable of achieving their full potential.
Anxiety..Depression...Marriage issues....personal development ...decision making..sexual issues...loss..Trauma..abuse.. Together we can tackle all issues.
I have an extra specialist qualification in ‚’Working with Adult Survivors of Abuse’’ therefore I work with MALES and FEMALES who have been PHYSICALLY SEXUALLY AND EMOTIONALY ABUSED as children.
My work carries through to MALES and FEMALES who have been RAPED or SEXUALLY ATTACKED as adults. MALE SEXUAL ASSAULT and MALE RAPE does happen although it is still a taboo subject in our society. It is rare for a male victim to seek help. Such is his feeling of shame; he will often be desperate to keep it a secret. I am an Accredited Counsellor for Survivors UK.
I am also skilled and very interested in working with clients/patientswho have experienced Trauma recently or long ago.
I would consider it a privilege to take the journey with someone to delve into sometimes the serious dark murky waters of their lives.
SELF ESTEEM and CONFIDENCE will carry you through the trials and tribulations of life.
Our SELF ESTEEM can be severely damaged at any times in our lives. It is never too late to restore our SELF ESTEEM.
In addition to the above I offer individual, intimate, fun, educative coaching / counseling sessions to improve your self esteem and confidence.
A JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES ALWAYS STARTS WITH THE FIRST STEP.
