Harmony Holistics Wirral provides personal, professional and confidential tailor made reflexology and aromatherapy service to clients to help you regain some balance in their lives. I also provide a mobile service to the Wirral area.
Reflexology encourages your own body’s healing mechanisms and is known to help with stress, aid sleep, improve mood and help improve general well being.
Stress has now taken over muscular skeletal problems as the number one reason for work absence. Stress has far reaching effects on the body, especially if experiencing stress over the long term. For example, it can affect your heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, central nervous system, muscular skeletal system and your immune system. It can manifest itself in many ways from tension headaches, to Irritable Bowel Syndrome, to anxiety attacks, depression etc. Reflexology is very beneficial for those suffering from Stress/anxiety as well as many other conditions and can help individuals cope with the symptoms.
Aromatherapy uses natural essential oils derived from plants, trees and flowers. It can help increase circulation, provides deep relaxation, helps relieve tired/aching muscles as well as rebalancing your body, and many more benefits using natural oils.
Aromatherapy is widely known to:
- Increase circulation allowing the body to pump more oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs;
- Stimulate the flow of lymph fluid, the body’s natural defence system;
- Increase circulation of blood and lymph fluids which helps improve your skin;
- Relaxes and softens overused and injured muscles;
- Releases endorphin, the body’s natural painkiller.
Your treatments will be tailor made and blends of oils will be blended to meet your specific needs.

ABC (Awarding Body Consortium) Level 3 Diploma in:
Anatomy Physiology and pathology;
Reflexology;
