About Queens Road Surgery and Western Acupuncture

I am a Doctor of Medicine with an interest in medical acupuncture. I use dry needling in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions such as: neck and shoulder pains, mechanical back pains, sciatica, hip, knee and ankle pains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, tennis elbow, muscular tender/ trigger points, osteoarthritis of hand/wrist, etc.
I can also treat conditions like migraines, tension headache, insomnia, trigeminal neuralgia, excessive nausea and vomiting of pregnancy.
I use manual acupuncture as well as electro-acupuncture in selected cases.

Please note that I see private patients as an acupuncturist only; if you are not sure about your diagnosis or the exact nature of your problem you are supposed to consult your own Doctor first.

My training, work experience and any achievement

I did most of my training in medical acupuncture with the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS). I have used acupuncture in my GP practice since 2007. I obtained a certificate of competence from BMAS in 2010. I have achieved the Diploma in Medical Acupuncture with BMAS in 2016.
