About Chris Lake
My vision is to be recognised as a world class clinical hypnotherapist.Subsequently, every session is tailored specifically towards addressing the client’s individual needs; within a relaxed, yet focused atmosphere.
My mission is to demonstrate my integrity and professionalism, through my intention to help make a difference to people’s lives.

My training, work experience and any achievement
I studied at the International Institute of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis and have attained an Advance Practitioner Level qualification. I cover a broad range of treatments, however my main specialism is confidence and performance anxiety, found within music, sports and stage - an area of interest that I dedicated a large percentage of my degree researching.Further Information
Relaxation sessions: £30 per 30 minute session (existing clientele only)For those who are interested in past lives: Regression available for £110 per 2 hour session
A house call service is available during certain times/days at an extra charge of £10, within a ten mile radius of Monmouth. Please contact for more details.
